Ink screen printing process

The ink can dry naturally or it can be baked!

Precautions:

A. The surface of the substrate should be cleaned. Stir well before use, add about 10% thinner;

B, multi-color overprint should wait for the front color table to dry for 20 minutes, and then carry out the next color overprint; after 5-10 minutes of printing, thermal drying effect is better;

C, not mixed with other inks, so as not to reduce the ink printing quality; if necessary, add 5% -10% of DB-01 curing agent;

D. Due to factors such as material, process, injection molding conditions, and environment, etc., which may affect quality, try before batch use, and print in batches after meeting quality requirements.

In summary, the better the ink dispersion effect, the smaller the particle size distribution range, the more uniform the pigment particle size, the agglomeration of the ink film surface, the less the exposed substrate, the better the hiding power of the ink; on the contrary, the ink dispersion effect is poor. The diameter distribution range is large, the pigment particle size is not uniform, the surface of the ink film is agglomerated, the exposed substrate area is large, and the hiding power of the ink is also poor.
