Third, when the honeycomb paperboard is bent, the upper layer breaks, and the lower layer refers to the phenomenon of large area disintegrating. It can be adjusted by adjusting the formulation and type of the adhesive and appropriately lowering the drying temperature of the honeycomb paperboard.
Fourth, due to the poor quality of the core strip glue, the bottom of the peel strength, the improper draw ratio, or the improper process, the honeycomb core layer has more holes in the manufacturing process, and breakage occurs during stretching. Choosing a better base paper and adjusting its stretching process, preferably a core strip adhesive with a high peel strength can improve this situation.
Fifth, due to excessive moisture in the adhesive or incomplete drying and poor exhaust of the core layer, the honeycomb paperboard caused by high water content in the base paper is easily deformed, and local voids appear. Can use the water content is lower, the solid content is higher, easy to dry adhesive, and control the moisture of the base paper to control.
Sixth, due to the lack of quantitative paper or unreasonable design of the core parameters, the surface hardness of the honeycomb panel may not be sufficient, and the hand sinking may occur. This phenomenon can be improved by selecting the base paper whose main performance index meets the conditions.
Seventh, due to the bending deformation caused by the water absorption of the fiberboard, or the irrationality of the composite process, the phenomenon that the side surface paper is opened when the fiberboard and the honeycomb board are compounded without eliminating the internal stress during the molding process. This can be overcome by detecting the main parameters of the fiberboard and further optimizing the honeycomb board's composite process.
Eighth, because the position of the paper roll is skewed, the unevenness in the tension during the supply of the paper causes the wrinkles to appear in the paper. Adjusting the tension controller and paper guide roller of the paper exit can be overcome.
Ninth, due to the raw material of the honeycomb paper core, there is a phenomenon that the honeycomb paper core is not easily opened and the adhesion is serious. It can be adjusted by checking whether the moisture absorption effect of the honeycomb core paper meets the requirements.
Tenth, because the paper substrate is not waterproof, a large amount of water absorbs the strength of the tissue.
