Lantech Technologies will soon introduce a new type of continuous film packaging machine that can effectively reduce processing time and limit the standstill requirements of the production line. The new SW-2000 belt cross cutter is designed for difficult-to-control film packaging processes, while the SW-3000 haulage tractor focuses on tracking adjustments, side seals and cross-sealing systems that do not require cleaning. The company pointed out that both reforms are perfect for packaging and retailers. These machines deliver speeds of 60-75 packages per minute and are particularly suitable for the ultimate packaging of various shapes that are frequently used during normal operations.
The new machine is suitable for polyolefin, PVC and LDPE films. The SW/2000 wrapper has a minimum/large size (length, width, height) of 3X1X1/8 inch to an infinite X15X6 inch; while the SW-3000 can be packaged in the same size as the 2000 minimum size to 4015x6 inches.
