The market for aluminum-plated paper in our country has a large space for development. According to incomplete statistics, there are nearly 30 enterprises that have already built or will invest in aluminum-plated paper projects. Some companies have large-scale and advanced equipment.

1, tobacco packaging

The aluminum coated paper applied to the inner liner of hard-packed cigarettes has a certain degree of fixation. The folding times of the hard-shell packaging made of aluminum-plated paperboard are double that of the aluminum-foil composite paperboard. The raw and auxiliary materials used for the production of aluminized paper are not Odor, non-toxic, in line with US FDA standards. The hard coated cigarettes and the aluminized papers used in alcoholic beverages have good glossiness and smoothness, good printing performance, and are suitable for embossing, die-cutting and embossing and other mechanical processing. At present, aluminum spray paperboard has an extension and upgrade follow-up product - laser molded anti-counterfeiting aluminum spray paperboard. It uses high-tech to carry anti-counterfeit brands, trademarks, designs, and signals onto the aluminum spray surface to achieve a very good anti-counterfeiting effect; and Aluminum paperboard can not only use gravure printing, offset printing, screen printing and other printing methods, but also use UV ink, ice flower technology, no ink printing embossing, making the printing art has been a good show.

In the early 1980s, as people's awareness of environmental protection increased, European and American countries began to try to use aluminum spray products instead of composite aluminum foil in tobacco packaging for cigarette lining packaging. At present, the largest application market for aluminized paper is North America and Europe, which account for 80% of the world market. The annual consumption of aluminum coated paper in North America is 120,000 tons, of which labels account for 60% and the tobacco industry accounts for 18%. European aluminized paper has an annual consumption of 90,000 tons, of which flexible packaging accounts for 51%, labels 15%, the tobacco industry 14%, gifts 5%, decorative paper 5%, others 10%. Over the past decade, the growth rate of aluminum-plated paper in the North American and European markets has exceeded 6%.

Entering the 1990s, with the rapid development of China's industry, environmental protection issues have also been mentioned on the agenda of the country. It is against this background that aluminum spray products are the new product of environmental protection. In the use of cigarette linings, China's annual tobacco production is about 34 million large boxes. Calculating the consumption of 30 tons per 10,000 large boxes, the total market demand for cigarette lining paper is about 100,000 tons. Currently, composite aluminum foil is mainly used. In recent years, tobacco companies have made use of aluminum spray papers on cigarette packs as an important topic. Shanghai Tobacco Group has confirmed that aluminum liners will be used on giant pandas in 2004. The Honghe tobacco factory started last year. It has been put into use on two cigarette packs. In the next three to five years, the amount of aluminum spray paper used on the liner will be estimated at 6-7 million tons. For the transfer of aluminum spray paper, according to the current annual production of about 34 million large boxes of cigarettes, a total of approximately 400,000 tons of internal and external packaging paperboards are required. In 2002, the amount of transferable aluminum spray paper was allowed to be 25,000 tons, while the use of composite aluminum foil paperboard and PET composite paperboard was about 15-18 million tons, and the rest was white cardboard. About 20 large tobacco companies across the country have begun to use aluminum spray products as the preferred packaging material in their products.

2, cosmetic packaging

The main consumer groups of cosmetics are women. Whether cosmetic packaging is exquisitely affects the position of cosmetics in women's minds and their preference for specific brands. Vacuum aluminum-plated paper printing transparent colorful ink, can reveal the noble and rich metallic luster, while giving a psychological hint: After using this kind of cosmetics, they can also shine, and easy to print. 3, wine packaging

High-strength strong beer label aluminum-plated paper, the main application of a printable and recyclable glass bottles of labels (including body mark, back label, neck label, etc.). This type of aluminized paper has good alkali resistance and lye permeability, good printing performance, suitable for offset printing, gravure printing and flexographic printing, etc. It has good bottle sealing performance and good off-label performance when washing bottles.

The sprayed aluminum label paper made from imported base paper has the properties of water resistance, waterproofness, and not curling. It is mainly used for labeling of printable and recyclable glass bottles (including body marks, back labels, neck labels, etc.). 4, food packaging

Aluminized paper for food and pharmaceutical packaging can solve the problem that powdery medicines cannot be poured out of powdered powder due to electrostatic attraction. The aluminized paper aluminum layer of candy and chewing gum packaging has good fastness, does not dealuminate when twisted and packaged, and has good printing performance. The bottom paper used in the production of aluminized paper does not contain fluorescent brighteners, and the chemical materials used are odorless and non-toxic, and conform to the FDA standards.

5, energy-saving lamp packaging

From the second half of 2003, Philips Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd.'s energy-saving lamps are packaged in laser spray aluminum paper. The original Philips energy-saving lamp's box is made of paper composite anti-counterfeiting film. Because of the plastic film, this material is not environmentally friendly. In order to maintain the good image of international companies, it is also a practical reflection of the coordinated development of the economy, society, and the environment.
